Networking 4 Newbies helps networking newbies get comfortable with the basics of networking, including introductions, connecting one-on-one, and more in a safe, facilitated environment that will get you into the swing of networking easily.

Hi Victoria, A quick note to let you know how much I enjoyed your Networking for Newbies class. I’m not exactly a newbie at it, but I suppose Networking for the Nervous doesn’t have quite the same ring. In any case, I attended a chamber mixer last night, and it was a much less nerve-wracking experience than before. Using my elevator speech helped me better articulate my business, and a focus on relationship-building, rather than client-landing made me a lot more relaxed. I actually stayed beyond the one hour I usually have to force myself to get through and plan to attend another one next week. Thanks again for a great class. About the Meetings
Facilitated by guilt-free business and marketing coach Victoria Cook, this meeting is just for small business owners who want to enjoy the benefits of connection through networking, but don’t know where to start or how to get results without spending too much time and energy in meetings.
Each meeting begins with self-introductions (get your free elevator speech tool and networking introduction worksheet above, right), followed by a networking activity/game designed to increase interaction and participant comfort levels, and a guest speaker from networking organization to answer questions. The meeting concludes with a brief check out.
